At KnightFallDenim, all sales are final.

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that all details, including sizing and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at @knightfalldenim with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items marked as final sale
